I'm going to be honest with you; I think this comic sucks. Not this week's comic specifically, but the entire series. Running on Empty. Why? Because I write these horribly obscene jokes, usually about hookers or pooping, and then I create these serious pieces of artwork that don't match up. It's all out of sync. Thank god no one reads this stuff.
Anyway, this week, we feature Devin Manning (AKA D-Man) in his element. I always thought it was stupid of me not to show him with a car, since that's a defining part of his personality. One day, he admitted to me that he loves cars. I jokingly responded, "You mean, instead of women?" His response was deadly serious: "Yes."
