Got a lot of positive feedback from Jake's rant last week. That's what English teachers would call "stream of consciousness" writing. Kind of revealed a lot about Jake's personality, didn't it? Likewise, this week's comic points out Jake's ignorance of gay drinks.
This is one of the key things that Jake and I have in common: we both drink to get drunk. Drinking isn't some social activity, where you sip your drink and take in the atmosphere. No. It's all about destroying yourself. I can't waste my time with beer. Gotta have the hard stuff. Of course, a major difference between Jake and me is that he has no taste buds left. Here I am mixing rum with Coke, and this guy's pounding Wild Turkey like Tom Jane.
So, when you find yourself in some sleazy bar, and it comes time to order, remember this: The worse a drink tastes, the more masculine it is. Boom.
